Horrible communication

I bought a purchase on 11/25, sent emails asking 6 times since 12/9 for an exchange. Have sent 5-6 emails trying to get this resolve with no response from company. This is my fiancés wedding band. So kind of important. And no responses for over a month.

J Merrill we appreciate all feedback, unfrotunately the problem seems to be that our emails are either going to your spam inbox, or are being missed entirely. Our first correspondence was Dec 5 at 8:18 pm from you requesting an exchange of the ring, Ivy responded requesting a confirmation of the size and style of the exchange ring, and we did not recieve a response. A follow up message was sent on the 9th of Decemeber.

We heard from J Merrill today claiming that we had not responded to your messages, so we forwarded our previous conversations in the hopes that we can still pick up where we left off and get the exchange going. We do hope to hear back from you soon!

BEATUIFUL ring - perfect unique piece for my hubby

We had such a hard time finding the perfect ring for my husband, he is a beach-boy born and raised, so when we came across an Instagram ad for MY ROOTS ring, we knew it was the perfect one. It came quickly, the process for payment and ordering was simple, and the ring came in perfect condition. I can't wait for him to wear this FOREVER!
