Returns & Exchange Policy:

All Rings:

• Have a 30 day window from the date of the original ring delivery to exchange or return your ring. Please visit your account portal to initiate the return/exchange process.

Please note: A 12% restocking fee is required for all ring returns. 

• Rings with provided materials may not be returned.
• Custom rings are final sale and may not be returned, however, they may be exchanged for size.
• Leather ring wallets, ring sizers and other items outside of the ring collections are final sale.

*All rings must be in clean, unworn, and sellable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.*

Size Exchanges: A free size exchange is offered within the 30 day window of receiving your original band. Additional size exchanges incur a fee of 20% of the original retail price. For additional resizes, we will invoice you for the additional exchange fee, then provide a shipping label, so everything can be tracked both ways.
